Customer Service Administrator

Location : Chipping Norton 
Job status : Permanent, Full Time 
Hours : 37.5 per week (weekdays) 
Salary : £18,000 - £20,000 
Qualifications : Minimum good GCSE passes (or equivalent)   

Job purpose: 

We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated Customer Service Administrator at our UK and Ireland Head Office. This role provides a first point of customer support to customers purchasing delivery for Fine Art and Antiques through our online delivery service.

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Professionally and quickly understand and resolve customer and network enquiries 
  • Log and monitor upcoming sales, and ensure delivery schedule is up to date
  • Maintain in-house databases, reporting spreadsheets and inbox management 
  • Calculate delivery quotations for customers 
  • Prepare and distribute customer survey emails 
  • Process complaints and compensation claims
  • Other project work to support the online delivery service  

Candidates must possess:

  • Strong telephone manner
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to providing first class customer service
  • Ability to prioritise workload and high attention to details
  • PC literate, including excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
