Customer Service Administrator (Auction Logistics Executive) (maternity cover)

Mail Boxes Etc. is seeking to employ an Auction Logistics Executive to join our Auction Logistics team on a fixed term basis for between 8-14 months with a possibility of a permanent position. This role provides first point of customer support to auction house customers purchasing delivery through an online application. Duties include resolving customer queries (predominately by email and telephone), liaising with colleagues and our franchised network in bringing customer queries to a timely and satisfactory conclusion.

The salary range is £18,000 - £20,000 based on skill set and experience.
